What is so bad about bankruptcy? It seems that everyone says not to do it. Let’s consider who is saying that. Big banks have so much influence over what is said on the internet and even what is said by government that it is hard to see through the lies. Bankruptcy is a federal program, but even a federal website about debt relief or bankruptcy cautions that debt relief programs might include bankruptcy. They act like the ability to acquire debt has been so good to us in the past. The only thing my credit rating did for me was allow me to spend more than I made so the banks could make money. The people who keep telling me to guard my credit rating have never experienced the crushing debt that started with just a little loan and then blew up. The people who keep telling me that I should not consider bankruptcy, are banks, who make money if I just keep paying. I don’t think I am going to listen to banks anymore.
